Requirements:

Education:
  • Faculty/Instructional Staff Qualifications, as aligned with institutional policy and procedure.

Experience:
  • While this requirement is based upon the course of study, candidates will be evaluated based on their professional background, education and prior teaching experience.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Additional Information:

This is a part-time non-credit instructor position.

Review of applications will commence immediately and continue until the position is filled.

The department will keep this posting open to create a pool of candidates for future teaching assignments.

The department will contact applicants whose qualifications fit our programmatic needs.

Salary

Salary: $60 -$140 per hour

The hourly rate depends on the course offering.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position will be required to constantly read and comprehend, occasionally perform calculations, constantly verbally communicate, frequently analyze, and constantly write.

The working conditions for this position will be any combination of the classroom, lab, and/or office space.

Certain roles may be required to handle machinery and chemicals.

The physical requirement for this position will require occasional sitting, constant standing, occasional bending, frequent walking, and occasionally lifting 10 lbs.
