Tucson, AZ

$90,000 - $120,000 + Quarterly & Annual Bonuses

The Role:

  • Lead process improvements across both container and accessibility product lines
  • Streamline material and product flow, including ERP optimization
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering teams to drive efficiency
  • Improve assembly procedures and develop production-friendly processes
  • The Person:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Experience in lean, CI, or process engineering within manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Six Sigma/LEAN certifications would give you an advantage, but not essential
