**Position Summary**

As a Contract Administrator you will be part of a premier corporate law department assisting attorneys by providing primary legal support in connection with the CVS Caremark Prescription Benefit Management, Healthcare Services Group.

This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, integrity, self-direction, excellent drafting skills, and working in an individual capacity or as part of a team.

The individual should be a strong communicator with the ability to build trusting relationships and possess an understanding of how to accomplish objectives both directly and through influence in other areas of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

+ Support the drafting and review of a wide variety of contracts.
+ Work collaboratively with Client Account Management, Proposals, Finance, and other operational stakeholders to ensure contracts follow CVS Caremark’s business and operational standards.
+ Assisting with day-to-day communications and coordinating responses to inquiries from project stakeholders.
+ Identify legal and business risks and provide solutions to internal business partners that drive projects to the desired result.
+ Information management, including the updating of files and electronic data in connection with assigned projects.
+ General legal research and contract administrative support activity as assigned.
+ Other related work as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of Paralegal and/or Contract Administratorexperience
+ 3+ years of experience with MS Office and AdobeAcrobat Professional

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of paralegal and/or contract administratorexperience
+ At least 2 years of commercial/service contract draftingexperience
+ Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved programPrevious experience in a legal, compliance, or healthplan environment
+ Westlaw experience
+ SalesForce.com
+ Bachelor's degree

**Education**

Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent related experience required.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$34.66 - $76.26

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
