Responsibilities
:
Source candidates through various channels including online job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder), Boolean searches, and innovative sourcing techniques. Manage job postings and applicant tracking within our system (experience with PageUp is advantageous). Review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews. Conduct candidate assessments and facilitate the interview process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize creative strategies to identify candidates who meet challenging job requirements. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt positions. Experience in high-volume hiring environments. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; PageUp experience is a plus. Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques including Boolean searches, x-ray searching, and other advanced methods. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive recruiting efforts with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work 40 hours per week on an 8AM-5PM schedule. ACHI_
