**Contract Sourcing Manager** **_Remote_** **.

The position is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and administering multiple contracts pertaining to the various key suppliers.

This would include working with the contract through all phases until completion (pre-proposal through closeout) with a variety of suppliers.

The incumbent performs risk assessments of proposal/contract terms and conditions.

They will also be responsible to formulate and execute strategies to minimize potential risks and maximize value and expenditure to the business.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

+ Three (3) years experience in Contract Management, purchasing, supply management or a blend of healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities.



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ 1 year (Job Specific) IT Sourcing: Preference will be given to applications with IT, Healthcare or Project Management experience.

+ 1 year (Job Specific) Implantable Devices: Managing device implants.

+ 1 year (Job Specific) Capital: Managing Capital Contracts
