ADI’s Aerospace and Defense business unit develops a wide variety of multi-function modules, including frequency synthesizers, phased array beamformers, amplifiers, transmit/receive modules, frequency converters, proximity sensors, etc.

These products are designed with a combination of SMT and hybrid construction technologies, and they operate at frequency ranges through millimeter-wave.

Support the Contracts Manager in the administration of the overall contract

management process for a growing volume of government customer programs.

  • Assist with negotiation of contractual terms and conditions, proposal preparation and submissions.

  • Coordinate internal development and execution of programs with the Program Manager.

    Ensure that contract deliverables are in compliance with contract.

  • Coordinate and assist legal, finance, sales and engineering with contractual requirements for various reporting needs and government related commercial items.
  • Identify quality, cost and schedule risks and work with the program team to mitigate.

    Communicate/elevate issues as required to leadership.

  • Interface with customers, DCMA and DCAA as required in support of government compliance audits and proposals
  • Tracking and reporting of government property in accordance with contract requirements, and small business subcontracting plans to DCMA and subcontractors as required.

  • Manage the Representation and Certification process.

  • Maintenance of internal and external contractual databases.

  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Government subcontract administration skills a plus
  • Education:

  • AS/BS technical/financial degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years contract government management experience required.

  • FAR/DFAR knowledge is a must.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.

  • SAP knowledge a plus.

  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
