**Job Title: Control Panel Wirer**
**Job Description**
This position involves the wiring and final assembly of panel boards related to low and medium voltage switchgears.
The role is crucial in ensuring the proper functioning of electrical controls.
**Responsibilities**
+ Wire electrical control panels following diagrams and schematics.
+ Install pre-wired panels into control boxes.
+ Terminate wiring according to schematic diagrams.
+ Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and understand blueprints and schematic drawings to determine wiring layout.
+ Inspect parts to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
+ Ensure appropriate protective equipment is worn at all times and tools are used according to the task.
+ Maintain regular in-person attendance as an essential function of the job.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Panel Builder or Panel Wirer in a job shop environment.
+ Proficient knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Competency in using shop equipment and hand tools.
+ Ability to perform basic math functions, including understanding fractions and decimals.
+ Strong English fluency for facilitating department meetings, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and assigning duties to team members.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
