Job description

Overview

As our Controls Engineer Intern, you’ll work alongside our Controls Engineering team to learn how automation and control systems power ProMach’s packaging and processing solutions.

You’ll gain experience with troubleshooting, PLC programming concepts, and electrical systems while contributing to meaningful projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn to troubleshoot and test electrical and electronic systems
  • Explore how electromechanical systems work together in real applications
  • Gain exposure to various types of controls hardware and their integration into automation systems
  • Learn the basics of PLC operation with opportunities for hands-on training
  • Get introduced to Allen Bradley software (ControlLogix, RSLogix, RSLinx, PanelView)
