Role Summary


Supports the academic success and overall experience of students enrolled in the School of Pharmacy online graduate degree and certificate programs.

The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment for the online programs and serve as the primary point of contact for potential applicants and students enrolled in the online graduate programs, providing academic advising, enrollment guidance, and student support services.

The position collaborates closely with faculty, instructional designers, and academic departments to maintain program integrity, ensure compliance with institutional policies, and promote student retention and satisfaction.

Examples of Work Performed



  • Coordinate and execute recruitment, admissions and graduation activities for online graduate programs.

  • Assist potential applicants and students enrolled in the online graduate programs in navigating university systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain regular communication with online graduate students via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for online graduate students from admission to graduation.

  • Manage online graduate student records in compliance with institutional policies.

  • Provide support in the development of online graduate programs

  • Assist with elements of accreditation, evaluation, and assessment for the online graduate programs.

  • Track and report student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates for the online graduate programs.

  • Prepare reports related to the online graduate programs for program leadership.

Essential Functions


These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following.

Oversees scheduling logistics, securing resources, and facilitating one or more student programs, activities and/or services, which may include special events, student organizations, student publications, and student governance structures.

Assists with the design and delivery of student-focused programming and associated resources and materials to promote new and ongoing programs and initiatives.

3.

Answers questions and provides information and resources to individual students and groups based on established materials and standards.

4.

Assists with advising and training student workers and volunteers as needed.
