We are currently seeking a Creative Director, Brand & Product Design to join our design team.

You’ll support our Strategic Growth team as we build relationships with prospective clients in conversations, workshops, editorial experiences, and more, and you’ll collaborate with other practitioners to produce visuals that bring innovative technology ideas and narratives to life.

As our Creative Director, you'll shape some of the most ambitious and forward-thinking work we deliver to clients.

In this hybrid role, you'll focus on business development, marketing, and product design, leading bold storytelling across campaigns, proposals, and brand experiences—while also guiding the visual execution of digital products and emerging technology solutions.

You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas to life through narratives, visuals, and interactive product experiences that capture attention and deliver real business impact.

We are industry agnostic, creating solutions for healthcare, automotive, public sector, finance, consumer products and beyond.

  • You excel at crafting bold creative concepts and guiding teams to deliver high-quality, scalable design systems and digital product experiences.

  • Curious and optimistic by nature, with a strong interest in how AI, real-time 3D, and emerging tech will shape the future of design.

  • Skilled in visual storytelling across multiple mediums, from editorial and campaigns to feature-level product interfaces and immersive UI.

  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments, working side by side with product strategists, engineers, and designers.

  • Equally comfortable leading visionary creative direction and rolling up your sleeves to execute or refine work at any fidelity as a soloist.

  • Confident presenting ideas and guiding feedback conversations with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

  • A pro at balancing ambiguity and iteration to move work forward with clarity and purpose.

  • Committed to giving and receiving feedback with empathy and thoughtfulness—and leading by example.

  • What you’ll be doing: 

  • Leading the creative vision across both client-facing business development and marketing work and product design delivery, ensuring a cohesive and differentiated experience.

  • Developing and directing creative concepts for: 

  • High-fidelity designs of digital products and user interfaces.

  • Emerging technology solutions, real-time 3D, and AI-driven design experiments.

  • Narrative-driven artifacts, from storyboards and pitch decks to immersive brand campaigns and social content.

  • Shaping product-level storytelling, including feature education, onboarding experiences, and micro-interactions.

  • Partnering with engineers, product strategists, and UX designers to align creativity with feasibility, pushing boundaries while delivering real value.

  • Researching market, design, and technology trends to keep our creative approaches fresh, future-facing, and relevant.

  • Contributing to and facilitating internal and client workshops, inspiring teams to think beyond the ordinary.

  • Leading the development of standout client proposals, pitch narratives, and public-facing documents.

  • Location:

    This role will be a remote role.

    The preference is to have someone in the New York area for the occaisonal team get togethers.

    Basic Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience leading brand, marketing, creative, and product design work as part of multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proven success creating narrative-driven, visually compelling experiences across both marketing and digital product design.

  • Expert-level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools and emerging design technologies.

  • Strong understanding of motion design principles, with the ability to direct motion in both marketing and product contexts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

  • Experience collaborating directly with engineering, UX, and product teams.

  • Skilled presenter and facilitator, able to adapt your creative vision to resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, tight timelines, and shifting priorities.

  • Passionate about technology, design systems, and the future of digital experiences.

  • Ability to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industries and a deep understanding of the technology space with an interest in the latest UX and visual trends 

  • You can explain a design system and an API to a dentist or a zookeeper 

  • Strong opinions, weakly held

  • Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with 3D rendering software (such as Blender), WebGL, or real-time interactive design.

  • Prior experience working with major brands and provocative challengers in a client services or product design environment.

  • Background in motion graphics and interactive storytelling.

  • Basic Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience with marketing, sales, brand, creative, and/or product strategy as part of multi-disciplinary teams
