Creator Network Business Development Manager - TikTok LIVE

TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the effective new Creator Network partners business development strategy, including channels, pitching points, approach model, Q/A, etc.
  • Drive outbound business development by proactively reaching out to potential partners and converting them into Creator Network partners.
  • Lead inbound business development by effectively following up on leads from various sources and converting them into Creator Network partners.
  • Oversee the full partner onboarding process, including due diligence, contract execution, and successful integration.
  • Support newly onboarded partners with guidance and best practices to ensure a successful business launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation, qualification, conversion, and partner onboarding workflows.
  • Refine business development strategies across verticals to drive sustainable growth and future scalability.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin are required: The role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets.

    Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and market expansion.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years experiences around internet creator economy, like content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.
  • 2+ years experiences of sales, BD, or other business result driven roles
  • Experiences of partnership management experiences, like agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc
  • Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility.
  • Good data interpretation and logic capability, explorative, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
  • Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
  • Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends

Job Information

For Pay Transparency: Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83,600 - $143,556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.

Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.

Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).

The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
