This role serves as a strategic consultant within the Credentialing and Onboarding team, focused on supporting the launch, maintenance, and enhancement of the Real Estate Portal.What You'll Bring:

Generate and analyze reports to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvementDrive continuous process enhancements using real-time data insightsStakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate credentialing and onboarding requests across global teamsCollaborate with Illuminate Support, Gatekeeper Support, and various sales groups to align portal functionality with business needsFacilitate transparent communication across all levels of project involvementOperational Agility
Adapt and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentIdentify system errors and collaborate with impacted teams to drive resolutionQualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :
