We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Applications Analyst to support and enhance our suite of data and credentialing tools, including EchoCredentialing, Tableau, REDCap, and Excel.

This role is responsible for resolving technical issues, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, educating users, and managing data imports and survey tools.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for optimizing systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities: *EchoCredentialing* • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EchoCredentialing platform.

• Create and maintain custom reports and queries to support credentialing workflows.

• Educate and support users on system functionality and best practices.

• Manage data imports and ensure data integrity across systems.

Tableau • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and performance optimization of Tableau dashboards.

*REDCap* • Build and maintain surveys, forms, and data collection instruments.

• Provide user training and support for REDCap functionality.

• Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

*Excel* • Develop and maintain team metrics and performance tracking tools.

• Automate reporting processes using formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.

**This is*_NOT_*a remote position, you will be required to come into the office located in Wethersfield, CT** *Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in application support, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in EchoCredentialing, Tableau, REDCap, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

*Preferred Skills:* • Experience in healthcare or credentialing environments.

• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
