Responsibilities The Credentialing Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment, integration, and maintenance of systems and software for the organization or clients.

He/She plays a key role in ensuring that projects are executed smoothly, from initiation to completion, by working closely with practice managers, vendors, and integration teammates.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project management principles, MD Staff, and an ability to implement process improvements to the system, and track effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage system implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to integration timeline.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including practice managers, vendors, and Credentialing managers to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to prevent delays Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues Gather provider documents and ensure data entry into the system is accurate and abides by the Credentialing expectations.

Deliver training and support to end-users during and after the implementation phase, ensuring they understand the system’s functionality and usage.

Evaluate and recommend new tools and processes that may improve system implementation Ensure adherence to best practices, system security standards, and compliance requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle Analyze system performance through quarterly audits to ensure practice teammates are abiding by the SCA requirements Maintain clear and detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in system implementations, IT project management, or a related field.

Experience managing large-scale system implementations, integrations, and cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment standards, state regulations, and best practices.

Strong knowledge of system architecture, integration techniques, and troubleshooting.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
