Job Description: People Specialist - 6 month Mat Leave Coverage

Job Description Summary
Overview
We re seeking a People Specialist to cover a six-month maternity leave within the Services organization.

You will partner with People Business Partners (PBPs), Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver strategic People & Capability (P&C) initiatives, drive operational excellence, and provide data-driven insights that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

This assignment offers in-depth exposure to global teams and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Role:
" Strategic People Initiatives
o Support P&C projects across workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement, and training.
o Contribute to organizational effectiveness and change management (incl.

streamlining structures).
o Assist with communications and the rollout of initiatives that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
" Operational Excellence (Day-to-Day P&C)
o Coordinate job requisition updates, position changes, and stakeholder alignment with PBPs.
o Manage the headcount approval process; support position management to keep the Workday data current.
o Support PBPs/leaders in effective HR systems use and end-user experience.
" Data & Insights
o Conduct analysis to generate actionable insights for PBPs and business leaders.
o Build and maintain monthly dashboards and reports (Workday & other tools) on talent metrics and workforce trends.

Work with COE partners to build these.
o Track and summarize progress against P&C initiatives and deliverables.
" Data Integrity & Reporting
o Lead data hygiene to ensure accuracy in job families, open positions, and reporting structures.
o Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and standardize reporting.
" Talent Mobility & Compliance
o Coordinate green card approvals and global mobility forms with global/local PBPs and the Global Mobility team.
" Project-Based & Ad Hoc
o Support ad hoc people projects as needs arise with sound judgment, solutions orientation, and flexibility.

" Critical thinking & prioritization: manage multiple initiatives with good judgment and a solutions mindset.
