Job description

Position Overview
Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Data Analyst to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in reviewing, interpreting, and structuring customer contract data to ensure all custom terms are properly captured and made available to downstream reporting systems.

Leveraging Generative AI, you will help identify contracts containing non-standard terms, validate findings, and translate complex contractual language into structured datasets that drive accurate reporting and business insights across Finance, Sales, and Product teams.

Your work will directly influence how our clients understand customer entitlements and consumption, empowering better decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
+ Review a large volume of existing customer contracts to identify and interpret terms impacting product usage and entitlements.
+ Use GenAI models to flag contracts with potential non-standard or custom terms.
+ Validate AI-assisted summaries and confirm the accuracy and completeness of extracted terms.
+ Classify and document findings in an internal contract analysis tool, transforming unstructured language into structured datasets.
+ Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure structured data integrates seamlessly into downstream reporting and analytics systems.
+ Partner with Sales and Support teams to confirm understanding of customer-specific contract terms and intent.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of contract data handling processes.

What You Need to Succeed

+ Familiarity with enterprise B2B SaaS contracts and sales systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.

+ Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Product Management, or Legal functions related to contract interpretation or management.

+ Ability to work onsite with client in Lehi, Utah

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex legal and business language.
+ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional engagement.
+ Comfort working with structured data in Excel; experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
+ Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and scalable data solutions.
