Customer Experience Manager Job Opening In Hadley – Now Hiring Michaels

Activités principales

• Aider le directeur du magasin à gérer et à assurer le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus.

• S’assurer que les politiques et les procédures à l’aire des caisses sont respectées, atteindre les IRC et gérer l’équipe afin que les membres atteignent les IRC liés à leur poste.

• Planifier et diriger l’exécution des cours et des événements en magasin en fonction du programme de l’entreprise.

• Diriger les processus omnicanaux.

• Gérer et exécuter les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.

• Aider avec le processus de compte de l’argent et des dépôts bancaires.

• Aider avec les processus liés aux stocks, ce qui comprend les retours aux fournisseurs (RAF) et les activités d’avis préalables à l’expédition (APE) au besoin.

• Aider à intégrer les nouveaux membres d’équipe.

• Gérer et exécuter les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité.

• Avoir une formation multidisciplinaire pour la vente et la production dans l’encadrement sur mesure.

• Dans certains magasins où il n'y a pas de gérants de l'encadrement, les responsabilités comprennent également : la livraison de solutions d'encadrement sur mesure de haute qualité à nos clients dans les délais prévus, en planifiant et en gérant l'exécution de la charge de travail de l'encadrement en partenariat avec le directeur du magasin.
