About the Role

The Customer Program Manager oversees customer programs from initiation to completion, ensuring successful execution of all deliverables.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality program execution.

Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong and lasting relationships

+ Manage new customer programs, including product development, qualification, and fulfillment

+ Develop and maintain detailed program plans to meet critical milestones and deadlines

+ Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams

+ Assist with budget creation, cost tracking, and financial reporting for each program

+ Provide regular, detailed status updates to executive leadership and customers

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or Business

+ 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing and program management (military/defense experience a plus)

+ Strong knowledge of project planning tools and Microsoft Excel

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

+ Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment

+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, precision, and accountability
