Position Summary
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Administrator for Seattle Promise is a full-time position at Seattle Colleges District Office
The position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Public Relations and Strategic Initiatives and is a member of a districtwide team supporting strategic recruitment and retention planning and other initiatives showcasing Seattle Promise to prospective students, families, and the community.
The CRM Admin for Seattle Promise supports these efforts by working with the district's CRM administrator, communications and recruitment teams and recruitment, outreach, retention, and communications professionals in the Seattle Promise program and at North, Central, and South Seattle Colleges to implement and maintain a districtwide CRM.
This includes system configuration, report generation, training aids, and system maintenance.
The system administrator enters data and tracks communications with inquiries, coordinates datasets and records management.
It will also work with other departments to integrate data with other Seattle Colleges systems including the state student information system and the district student success software system.
This position is responsible for identifying and setting best practices and ensuring consistency with regards to system usage, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
It will encounter a variety of issues and be expected to do an analysis to determine which protocol is best.
It is responsible for providing day-to-day support and training of Seattle Promise CRM leads, when appropriate.
This position is funded by the City of Seattle`s Family, Education, Preschool, and Promise Levy which is fully funded through June 30, 2026, with possibility of extending with the renewal of the City`s Education Levy.
