Keynote Business Solutions is immediately hiring motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL.

As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite position, so the candidate must be able to work from our Jacksonville office.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and feedback into the company database and CRM system.Follow-up: Ensure follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and privacy regulations when interacting with customers. Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
Schedule: Full-time w/ shifts to be determined (Monday- Friday w/ occasional weekends if required)

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
No experience needed—we are willing to train the right candidate!High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED)Strong verbal & written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skills & ability to stay calm under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Comfortability using CRM systems (experience preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED)Ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team Keynote Business Solutions is a client-focused Company tailoring service to specifically meet each client's result-oriented goals, ensuring optimum performance by our experts, and continually developing talents.
