ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Here at Michele Agnew State Farm, we're looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative who brings a positive attitude, sharp insurance knowledge, and a real passion for helping people.

If you know your way around a policy and enjoy making complex coverage simple for clients, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
We're a customer-first, service-driven insurance agency that believes how we treat people matters just as much as what we offer.

We focus on building relationships, earning trust, and making sure every customer feels confident and cared for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide top-notch service to clients through phone, email, and in-person communication

  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support

  • Use your insurance knowledge to clearly explain coverages, terms, and next steps

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and communication

  • Be proactive in following up with clients, keeping them informed and supported

  • Support the sales team by handling service tasks so they can focus on growth

  • Build long-lasting relationships that turn customers into lifelong clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required, Life & Health a plus) 

  • Excellent communication skills--- friendly, clear, and professional

  • A genuine desire to help others and solve problems

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Confident with technology and agency management systems

  • A team player with a can-do attitude and positive energy
