Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with their insurance needs, and fostering long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a self-starter, with a strong desire to help others, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:




  • ● Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • ● Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and coverage options.

  • ● Provide detailed information about insurance products and services to clients.

  • ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • ● Collaborate with insurance agents to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • ● Process policy renewals, changes, and cancellations as requested by clients.

  • ● Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • ● Gain and show proficiency with industry trends, products, and regulations.

  • ● Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

  • ● Assist Agent directly with administrative duties and tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:




  • ● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales or a related field is a plus.

  • ● Previous experience in customer service.

  • ● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • ● Competitive, motivated and goal-oriented mindset a must.

  • ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • ● Have and/or be able to obtain Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance licenses within 30 days of hire date.


Agent Team Member will receive:




  • ● Competitive hourly rate (hourly range is $22 to $35.50 per hour) with performance-based incentives, commissions, and bonuses.
