Job Summary


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailed-oriented Customer Support Delivery Project Manager (PM) to join our Customer Support Operations (CSD Ops) team.

This role will be critical in driving project execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across CSD Ops.

The PM will support key strategic and operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Project Management
Help build project plans and timelines.
Create repeatable frameworks and best practices for project management.
Track progress on key tasks and milestones.
Support the creation of templates and best practices for managing projects.
Support special projects across the CSD Operations
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Operational Excellence
Contribute to initiatives that improve how we work, especially those involving automation and AI.
Help document and refine processes to make them more efficient and repeatable.

Qualifications


· 0-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field.

Relevant experience will be considered.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
· Familiarity with project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet).
· Passion for driving operational excellence and process improvement.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 68,850 - 102,300 USD.

The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range.

Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.

This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
