**Description:**

Bussers are an integral part of the restaurant team, supporting servers and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.
**Position Summary:**
The Busser at Cutthroat’s Saloon is responsible for supporting the food and beverage team by maintaining a clean dining area, resetting tables, and assisting with guest needs.
This highly visible role plays a key part in the overall guest experience and requires a professional and positive demeanor.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
+ Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings.
+ Assist servers in delivering water, bread, and additional items to guests as needed.
+ Stock service stations with clean glassware, silverware, and other necessary supplies.
+ Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
+ Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
+ Uphold Hyatt service standards and safety procedures at all times.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
+ Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 lbs.
