**Your role and responsibilities**
Federal Cyber Range Leader - provide leadership and exection of the IBM Security Cyber Range within
the IBM Center for Government Cyber Center in Washington, DC.

As the Cyber Range Leader, the
individual will manage client tours, exercises, and planning for all Cyber Range acƟviƟes.

The individual
will work with IBM Lead Account Partners, Service Line staff, sales staff, and facilities staff to facilitate
client interactions at the Center as well as project delivery from the Center.

This work will focus on US
Federal Government clients and project teams to include Federal Civilian, DHS, Justice, Foreign Affairs,
DID & Intel accounts.

The individual will have experience with Cyber Range planning, development, and
exercises as well as an understanding of US Federal requirements, procurement, and lifecycles.

The role
will include both Business Development and Client Delivery aspects as part of a cross functional
team.

This Job can be performed from anywhere in Virginia, DC, or Maryland area.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
10 Years Cyber Security experience in the Federal Market.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
15 years experience of Cyber Security in the Federal Market
