CYBER SECURITY CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (D/F/M) Job Opening In Hamburg – Now Hiring airbus

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtheitliche Sicherstellung der Projektabwicklung: Gewährleistung der vollständigen Lieferung in Kundenprojekten, unter Einhaltung von Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminplänen sowie voller Kundenzufriedenheit

  • Kundenbeziehungsmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege der vertraglichen Beziehungen zu allen relevanten Ansprechpartnern auf Kundenseite

  • Anforderungsmanagement: Klare Definition der Kundenbedürfnisse und Sicherstellung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses der zu erbringenden Leistungen (Inputs, Voraussetzungen, Einschränkungen etc.) zwischen Projektmanagern und Kunden

  • Kommerzielle Steuerung: Präzise finanzielle Übersicht über alle Projekte behalten und Berichterstattung an den Head of Delivery

  • Projektleitung: Vorbereitung und Leitung von Projektbesprechungen mit den Projektmanagern des eigenen Verantwortungsbereichs

  • Übernahme von funktionalen und / oder projektbezogenen Aufgaben in Projekten 

  • Erstellung Dokumentation und Präsentation der Arbeitsergebnisse

  • Vertriebsunterstützung: Unterstützung bei kommerziellen Aktivitäten, wie der Beantwortung von Ausschreibungen, sowie Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

  • Risiko- und Chancenmanagement: Verwaltung der Risiken und Chancen aller Projekte im Verantwortungsbereich

  • Prozessoptimierung: Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung interner Prozesse und Tools

  • Verantwortung für Change- und Claim-Management

  • Verantwortung für Risiko- und Opportunity-Management

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik, Cybersecurity oder einer verwandten Disziplin mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer und darauf bezogene umfangreiche fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden.

    Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein

  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen

  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Management-, Unternehmens- oder IT-Beratung

  • Wünschenswert sind bereits gesammelte Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Bereich Cybersecurity

  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Konfliktlösungspotential

  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Besonders ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken
