We are seeking a
Cyber Security Engineering & Support Manager to lead a highly visible technical team within our cybersecurity organization.
This leader will oversee the deployment, lifecycle, and support of critical security technologies, manage our global vulnerability management stack, and help drive cybersecurity risk and compliance reporting.
This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational security and supporting enterprise-wide and plant-level security objectives—especially across manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Cybersecurity Engineering & Support team, including budgeting, personnel oversight, and solution delivery.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of enterprise security technologies (endpoint, infrastructure, and cybersecurity tools).
- Execute and evolve the company's vulnerability management strategy, ensuring continuous reduction of attack surfaces.
- Deliver risk and compliance dashboards/KPIs/KRIs to drive data-informed decisions across cybersecurity functions.
- Oversee IT operational security tasks such as privileged access provisioning and compliance with regulatory/internal standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, especially OT teams (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs), to implement secure and resilient environments.
- Report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT applications, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
- 2+ years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity professionals.
- U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance required).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in vulnerability management adoption and execution.
- Experience managing a cybersecurity or IT departmental budget.
- Prior experience securing manufacturing or operational technology environments.
- Active security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+).
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
