MFC is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries.
MFC develops, manufactures and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.
MFC also offers a wide range of products and services for the global civil nuclear power industry and the military’s green power initiatives.
MFC has seven principal product categories that correspond to the vital capabilities it provides our warfighters and civilian customers in their defining moments.
MFC pursues business in more than 50 countries with more than 50 product and service lines.
LM's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is expanding its teams in multiple locations, including Orlando, FL; Ocala, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Goleta, CA; Troy, AL; Chelmsford, MA; Camden, AK; Archibald, PA; Lexington, KY.
Candidates may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position
• Must possess (or be able to obtain within six months of employment start date) a DoD 8570.01-M certification (Security+, CISSP)
• Experience working within the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC)
• Implementing System Security requirements on DoD systems to meet U.S. government compliance requirements
• High availability development, fault tolerance software and RMF compliance with Fortify
• Full lifecycle application development, including designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages (C/C++, Python, Shell Scripting)
• Experience with Git
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, and interface design
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and System Security Engineering (SSE) principles and process (NIST SP 800-161)
• Experience with embedded systems, including design, development, and vulnerability scanning
• Experience developing and automating secure systems to support cyber offensive, defense, and full spectrum cyber operations
• Conducting vulnerability research, reverse engineering, penetration testing (red/blue teams)
• Developing and integrating low-level firmware, and/or developing specialized cyber software solutions and tools based on mission requirements
• Tactical and strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience supporting Security Verification testing on developed DoD Weapon Systems
**Desired Skills:**
• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• Defense or Aerospace Industry experience
• Previous Missile Program experience

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
