Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results.

You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems.

As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate.

The Opportunity

As part of the Data Management team you will serve as a strategic enabler of data availability and product adoption across the PwC network.

As a Senior Manager, you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, drive engagement and maintain the responsible use of data to realize business worth.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to influence data strategy and empower teams to harness the entire potential of data products and services.

Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic enabler for data availability and product adoption

- Identify opportunities to enhance awareness and utilization of data solutions

- Work with product development teams to bridge gaps in service delivery

- Lead initiatives that promote the productive use of data across the PwC network

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 6 years of experience in customer success, data strategy, business intelligence, or consulting

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Analytics preferred

- Demonstrating in-depth team leadership abilities

- Developing and executing stakeholder engagement plans

- Guiding stakeholders through data product lifecycle

- Facilitating workshops for data literacy

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
