The Data Analyst 2 role on the Insights Delivery - Customer team is responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting data to improve decision making around the customer digital experience.

A day in the life…
+ Partner with key stakeholders to define success and develop measurement frameworks.
+ Dive deep into complex business problems and provide insights on business vertical performance through hypothesis testing.
+ Responsible for delivering a suite of analytical products include analyses, dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
+ Present the results to the stakeholders up to executive level and guide them to make the best use of analytics in their domain.
+ Own the definition and implementation of new metrics.
+ Find opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve overall performance.
+ Deliver high quality solutions and recommendations to a variety of problems both independently and through the collaboration with team members and business partners to drive outcomes.
+ Bring data to life through storytelling in a clear and meaningful way to audiences with mixed levels of technical expertise.
+ Reconcile divergent demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.
+ Mentor more junior team members on analytics, storytelling and communication best practices.
+ Use advanced analytical and statistical practices to create thorough and actionable insights.
+ Collect data to analyze, execute and measure the customer analysis, marketing campaigns, merchandise and digital experience analysis.
+ Actively collaborate to apply learning to other channels/campaigns/products/business units.



You own this if you have…
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, math, economics or related quantitative discipline or relevant work experience.
+ 2+ years of professional experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations.
+ 2+ years of experience in extracting & manipulating large data sets from various relational databases using SQL (BigQuery preferred).
+ Coding skills preferred in at least one statistical or programming language (R or Python preferred) to import, summarize, and analyze data.
+ Experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms to address a business question from analysis through insights delivery (e.g. regression, classification and/or clustering).
+ Strong proficiency with advanced graphics/visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Looker preferred).
+ Clear and effective written/verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to develop strong, synergistic relationships with a multitude of teams and personnel
+ Strong problem-solving skills:
+ Can complete ambiguous projects independently
+ Plan out the priority order of tasks
+ Find the right resources to complete the tasks
+ Define and articulate decisions regarding trade-offs to leadership

Pay Range Details


The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws.

Pay ranges may be different for other locations.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$87,500.00 - $145,500.00 Annual


This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.

Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
