We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Science team.
The Data Analyst diligently supports product initiatives at Talkspace, employing a robust data-driven strategy.
They are adept at collecting requirements, querying databases, and constructing dashboards and reports tailored for both internal business stakeholders and external partners.
Additionally, they excel in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of data, surfacing critical insights and identifying trends that contribute to informed decision-making.
Beyond analysis, they collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team of technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into actionable strategies and effectively communicating the narrative behind the data to non-technical audiences.
This is a hybrid position that requires coming into the office 2/3 times a week.
Talkspace Headquarters is located in Midtown Manhattan.

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $125,000.
Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
