**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Healthcare Maintenance Data Analyst to support our facilities and operations teams by analyzing maintenance data across healthcare systems.

This role ensures that equipment, infrastructure, and environmental systems are maintained efficiently, safely, and in compliance with healthcare regulations.

The analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights to optimize preventive maintenance schedules, reduce downtime, and improve patient safety.

This is an onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), work orders, asset tracking tools, and IoT sensors.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor equipment performance, maintenance trends, and compliance metrics for presentations.
• Perform deep dives into subject matter to clarify questions, and draw meaningful insights
• Identify patterns in equipment failures and recommend data-driven preventive strategies.
• Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure data integrity and system interoperability.
• Track KPIs such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and maintenance backlog.
• Support regulatory reporting and audits by preparing documentation and analytics for Joint Commission, OSHA, and CMS compliance.
• Assist in forecasting maintenance budgets and resource allocation using historical data and predictive models.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data tools and reporting platforms.

• Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., Accruent, TMA, eMaint, Maximo) and asset management systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards and maintenance workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ISO are a plus.
Experience
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or facilities management.
• Proven track record of managing projects and teams
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
Skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Python, Agile frameworks, and system architecture.
• Familiarity with audiovisual systems, lighting, and sound (for media/production roles).
• Experience with predictive maintenance and machine learning models.
• Knowledge of biomedical equipment and healthcare infrastructure.
• Certification in data analytics or facilities management (e.g., Certified Maintenance&Reliability Professional).
