**Required Skills:**
Data Center Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:
1.

Lead mechanical engineering projects for the Facilities infrastructure Operations team, including working cross functionally with design teams, construction, field operations, vendors, and R&D.
2.

Troubleshoot and establish corrective actions for designs and implementation.
3.

Conduct regular analyses and audits of mechanical system utilization.
4.

Develop effective measurements and reports from BMS and other monitoring systems to increase performance and reliability.
5.

Evaluate systems to perform effective and efficient load management and capacity planning.
6.

Monitor, trend, and develop engineering metrics and statistical data for strategic planning.
7.

Review “asbuilt” mechanical documentation and verify accuracy.
8.

Investigate actual site conditions and update records.
9.

Develop and generate specifications, RFPs, ROMs and SOWs for projects.
10.

Evaluate facility processes and industry best practices to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

Requires a Master's in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and two years of work experience in the Job offered or in a related occupation

$236,572/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
