This is a remote position.
Type and enter data from various source documents
Check typed documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
Maintain accuracy and speed while typing large amounts of information
Follow data entry procedures and company formatting guidelines
Save and organize completed files correctly
Perform simple administrative or clerical tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong typing skills (at least 40 WPM recommended)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and formatting rules
Basic computer knowledge (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
Reliable internet connection and home computer or laptop
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous data entry experience is helpful but not required
Fully remote – work from the comfort of your home
