Job description

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Vice President, Data Quality Lead Analyst - Hybrid** based in Tampa, Florida, USA.

The **DQ Lead Analyst** plays a critical role in leading activities that contribute to ensuring Legal & CSIS Data is brought into compliance with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy and Standards to meet regulatory obligations, support business decision-making, and mitigate compliance risks.

Establishing a robust data quality control environment is essential for maintaining data governance, data quality management and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

Analyst leads the continuous Data Quality by assessing, evaluating and analyzing data, setting controls and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, adoption and communication of Data Quality and Data Quality risk.

They collaborate with others to monitor and remediate data concerns.

This individual will work closely with process owners, report owners, data domain owners, data managers, data consumers, Legal & CSIS professionals and Operations support teams to understand their data quality requirements, identify critical data for success, and support sustainable data reliability.

This role demands a dynamic, adaptable candidate with strong communication and diplomatic skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a diverse set of responsibilities in a complex, evolving environment.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Supports activities to drive Data Quality measurement, produce Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement Data Quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality
+ Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements
+ Implement, enforce and improve the data governance strategy, framework and procedures.
+ Support data strategy and drive data management, validation, quality and analysis.
+ Define, monitor and enforce KPIs related to compliance with the data governance policy.
+ Lead work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy.
+ Liaise between the Enterprise Data Office, Business/Function aligned Data Offices and other key partners in Business/Functions to progress the Data Transformation agenda.
+ Establish a level of trust and credibility by building and maintaining relationships with important partners to ensure continuous improvement, monitoring, control, and governance of data quality.
+ Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within / across programs and with senior stakeholders.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
+ Responsible for delivery of data quality services and manage continuous improvement of data quality by overseeing data controls controls, setting parameters and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, adoption, and communications of data quality and data quality risk.
+ Responsible for execution and monitoring of data exceptions, data concern and remediation process (DCRM), and data quality metrics.
+ Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements
+ Review quality analysis results and disposition data challenges through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
+ Lead day to day activities to support data quality resolution, and to optimize metrics reporting process
+ Report Data Quality issues through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
+ Support senior management strategic vision

**Qualifications:**

+ 6-10 years relevant related experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, preferably with hands on data management experience in the capacity of a lead.
+ Experience with defining and implementing data quality programs
+ Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
+ Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
+ Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
+ Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
+ Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions

**Education:**

+ Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
