**Pay Range:** $38.07 - $56.73 per hour

This role plays a key part in designing, deploying, and managing AI-driven solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights—enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join our team This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic, operational, and clinical decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and data visualization, with a proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience delivering analytics or AI solutions with measurable impact
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with modern analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric).
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic.
• Knowledge of R for statistical modeling and healthcare analytics.
• Exposure to agentic AI architectures (e.g., LLM-based agents, Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate).
