The Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), within Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), provides cyber secure, accredited, and reliable integrated local and wide area networks (WANs) and foundation computing systems to support Navy, joint, and coalition forces across geographically dispersed locations.

These networks enable critical command and control capabilities.



 

PMW 160 comprises four divisions: Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Future Capabilities, Platform Application Services (PAS), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).



Noblis is looking for **Database Analysts** , with **TS/SCI** clearances, with experience in DoD database systems to administer and implement computer database.

**Responsibilites include:**

+ DoD Database systems including CMPro, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Oracle and other relational databases.



+ Designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's database systems to ensure data integrity, security, and performance  

+ Installation, configuration, and upgrading database management systems (DBMS).

 

+ Data Management: Organize sensitive data, maintain security and privacy settings, and ensure data integrity.

 

+ Performance Tuning: Monitor database performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.

 

+ Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to prevent data loss.

 

+ Security: Maintain security and integrity controls to protect sensitive information.

 

+ Collaboration: Work with developers and other IT professionals to design database schemas and implement new features.



Required Qualifications

+ TS/SCI clearance is required 

+ U.S. Citizenship is required 

+ Hands-on experience with DBMS like MySQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server, including their administration, optimization, and security.

 

+ Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries, data extraction, and manipulation to analyze data.

 

+ Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing database schemas, which are fundamental to organizing and structuring data efficiently.

 

+ The ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present insights through reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

 

+ Understanding and experience with data governance, data integrity, compliance, and best practices for database security.

 

**Junior level** **($66,500/yr - $138,300/yr)**

Bachelor’s or master's degree with 3 years of experience; or associate's degree with 6 years of experience' or high school or 9 years of experience

**Senior level** **($88,500/yr - $167,325)**

Master’s degree with 10 years of experience; or bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience; or associate's degree with 15 years of experience' or high school or 18 years of experience

Desired Qualifications

+ Navy programs for both surface and submarines 

+ Experience with CANES and ADNS 

+ Experience in developing new capabilities

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status.

For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.

While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $68,200.00 - USD $106,525.00 /Yr.
