**Job Title:** Deconstruction Technician / Material Handler
**Location:** Chandler, AZ 85226
**Pay Rate:** $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deconstruction Technician / Material Handler to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking apart and organizing various electronic components, ensuring they are ready for resale or repair.

This entry-level position requires basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Deconstruct and break apart electronic units using hand tools.
+ Pull apart components, including monitors, keyboards, and cables.
+ Utilize scanners to track and sort units in the PreSort department.
+ Assemble boxes for shipping and prepare items for clients.
+ Clean and precondition units, including peeling off stickers and wiping down surfaces.
+ Test Apple electronics, servers, laptops, and hard drives to ensure functionality.
+ Navigate computer interfaces to verify unit details and data.
+ Handle material receiving and organize products into the correct boxes.
+ Perform light data entry and check in products and returns.
+ Assign units to different customers based on their specifications.

**Qualifications:**

+ Basic knowledge of computers and electronic components is preferred.
+ Ability to work with hand tools and perform physical tasks.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
+ Must pass a background check and drug test.

**Work Environment:**
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control and efficiency.

The role includes handling various electronic components and requires physical activity, including lifting and moving items.
