**Job Title** : Delivery Architect - CMDB/CSDM
**Location** : Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; New York, NY; Bridgewater, NJ or NY area in NJ
**Travel** : up to 25% but infrequent initially
**Job description:**
ServiceNow Architect - CMDB/CSDM Ability to architect solutions to accommodate complex business needs and design architecture to align technologies and infrastructure within the CSDM framework.
Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
Work with process owners to define and understand process requirements related to the capture of configuration data, gap analysis, and develop technical specifications and solutions.
Develop and maintain configuration models for services, assets, applications, and infrastructure to enable key processes such as impact and cause of incident and problems, change planning, design, change risk and impact assessment, planning tech refreshes, software upgrades, optimize asset utilization by understanding which CIs make up a service.
Evaluate enhancement/customization requests, provide design recommendations, and document technical requirements.
