Job description

SUVI Global is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support a Mission Critical program out of Ft. Liberty, NC.

The purpose of the Global Command Terrestrial Communications is to provide Army Technology Applications Office, its sub-unified command client, its and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain edge computing systems, network infrastructure, and network communications system support services in support of mission partner requirements at worldwide locations.

These services include program management, system engineering support, hardware/ software installation support, local distribution, infrastructure upgrade, Information Technology system engineering and implementation and operations maintenance support and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

**Responsibilities**

+ Accountable for overall program financial & non-financial program goals.
+ Manage the Program Management Office team.
+ Helps drive cost, schedule and performance as the right hand of the PM.
+ Monitor SLA risks and provide PM with actionable information.
+ Monitors deliverables, ensures accurate/timely invoice submission, ensures smooth program execution.
+ Drives process and program improvements; ensures program AQLs are met.
+ Ensure maximum award fees are secured through program performance, and grow new business over time by building customer intimacy.
+ Facilitate securing all option years awarded through superior performance.
+ Monitor staff morale, as well as synthesize program information to allow the PM and Corporate leaders to focus on critical business operations.

**Qualifications**

+ An active DoD Security clearance at the TS clearance or higher level is required.
+ 7+ years in a Program/Operations management role in support of DoD programs at the COCOM or similar level to include a managing complex projects in an enterprise level IT environment including managing and leading geographically dispersed staff of varying skill levels that operate 24x7x365.
+ Bachelor's Degree in a technical field - Computer Science, Systems Engineering, etc.
+ PMP certification.

**Desired qualifications:**

+ Master's Degree in a technical field - Computer Science, Systems Engineering, etc.
+ SAFe Fundamentals.
+ ITIL Foundation Certifications.
+ DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
