Job description

Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for our pharmaceutical operations in Eatontown, New Jersey, United States.

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and activities.

You will ensure that we meet all government and regulatory requirements, manage safety training records, and contribute to our continuous improvement strategies.

Responsibilities
• Evaluating EHS programs and activities to ensure compliance with all relevant government and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring, reporting, and resolving any environmental, health, and safety issues that arise.
• Coordinating corrective and preventive actions to address safety concerns within the workplace.
• Developing and implementing EHS policies, standards, guidelines, and programs that support our continuous improvement strategies.
• Administering the environmental, health, and safety audit program, including aspects of industrial hygiene.
• Managing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) programs, which includes overseeing PPE and GMP supplies.
• Utilizing Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, and Configuration Management skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Developing safety and environmental campaigns, communications, and recognitions that align with our business strategies.
• Owning the site's Behavioral-Based Safety Observations Program, including employee training, logging and tracking observations, and reporting progress to leadership.
• Supporting our broader sustainability strategy to ensure the site meets company objectives.

Requirements • Proficient in Android Development to assist with mobile device issues.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies to support network infrastructure.
• Understanding of Citrix Technologies for remote access solutions.
• Capable of handling Computer Hardware for troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge in Dell Technologies for PC and server support.
• Experience with Active Directory for user account management.
• Ability to support Apple Devices in a business environment.
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies to ensure data safety.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management for system updates and changes.
