Desktop Support Analyst Job Opening In Lake Mary – Now Hiring TEKsystems

Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Technician to provide comprehensive on-site technical support for approximately 400 users across four core divisions: Call Centers, Finance, International Shipping, and Medical Devices.

This role involves supporting both office and production line environments, ensuring seamless operation of desktop systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

+ Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and mobile RF devices in office and production settings.

+ Provide hands-on technical support for computers, phones, printers (including industrial models), and mobile devices.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across end-user devices and infrastructure.

+ Administer and maintain network servers, including Active Directory account management.

+ Perform workstation imaging and deployment using standardized processes.

+ Manage hardware inventory and coordinate proper e-waste disposal.

+ Deliver Windows 11 support and troubleshooting.

+ Execute additional IT support tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
