As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the technical needs of the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Devising and executing solutions for workstation hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with the installation and support of new and upgraded hardware and software
  • Ensuring the integrity and optimal operation of hardware and software systems
  • Recommending, implementing, and documenting new hardware and software solutions to enhance user experience
  • Managing software inventory, licensing, and creating policies for upgrades
  • What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field
  • Three to five years of experience supporting PC and laptop hardware and software
  • Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
  • Customer service-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Professional certifications such as HDI, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
