<p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Position Summary:</b></p> <p>Avis Budget is seeking a high-performing and polished <b>Desktop Support Professional</b> to deliver <b>white glove support</b> for approximately <b>80 executive users</b>, including <b>C-level executives and Vice Presidents</b>, at our <b>Parsippany, NJ headquarters</b>.

This role requires <b>excellent technical proficiency</b> in Microsoft technologies, an <b>outstanding customer service mindset</b>, and the ability to thrive in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>You'll provide end-to-end desktop and mobility support, ensuring all executive users experience <b>flawless IT service</b> both in and out of the office.

This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to discreetly manage sensitive executive support needs.

<b>A rotating on-call schedule</b> is required.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Provide <b>white glove</b> deskside and remote support to C-Level and VP executives.</li> <li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Office 365 Suite, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and related productivity tools.</li> <li>Support laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and AV equipment.</li> <li>Maintain executive conference rooms and ensure AV/video conferencing systems run flawlessly.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage service tickets using the company's ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).</li> <li>Provide hardware and software lifecycle support, including image creation, patching, and deployment.</li> <li>Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for complex escalations.</li> <li>Support remote access tools and VPN connectivity.</li> <li>Participate in a <b>rotating on-call schedule</b>, including off-hours and occasional weekend support.</li> <li>Ensure documentation and asset inventory are kept current.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>5+ years of experience in <b>desktop support</b> or <b>executive support</b> roles.</li> <li>Strong expertise in <b>Microsoft Windows 10/11</b>, <b>Office 365</b>, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.</li> <li>Familiarity with <b>Active Directory</b>, <b>Intune</b>, <b>SCCM</b>, and software distribution.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of <b>mobile device management</b> (MDM) for iOS and Android.</li> <li>Experience with <b>AV systems</b>, <b>Zoom/Teams conferencing</b>, and <b>conference room setups</b>.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor and ability to work with discretion.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.</li> <li>Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience supporting <b>executive-level or white-glove environments</b>.</li> <li>Certifications such as <b>CompTIA A+</b>, <b>Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator</b>, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of <b>Jamf</b>, <b>ServiceNow</b>, and <b>MacOS</b> support a plus.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <p aria-hidden="true"> </p> <p aria-hidden="true"> </p>
