Position Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist with a strong background in content and document management within enterprise platforms, particularly UKG.

This role will support the migration, organization, and optimization of digital content to ensure consistency, compliance, and accessibility across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access and download content from external vendor platforms, ensuring proper organization and compliance with internal standards.
  • Transfer and organize content into a centralized internal repository, maintaining consistent metadata, taxonomy, and file structure.
  • Utilize UKG platform tools (., UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, UKG Ready) to support content management and documentation updates.
  • Review and revise existing documentation to reflect current branding, usage guidelines, and system processes.
  • Design and implement request forms within internal ticketing systems (., ServiceNow, Jira) to streamline content access and support workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRIS, IT, content management) to ensure alignment with UKG workflows and internal documentation standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to validate content accuracy, completeness, and compliance with metadata and digital rights standards.
  • Required Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with UKG platforms (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready), especially in content or document management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
