GoEngineer helps design, engineering, and manufacturing teams innovate with best‑in‑class software, services, and training.

We’re growing our Marketing team with an all‑around digital marketer with emphasis on social, video, image retouching skills.

Key contributions

  • Plan, build, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns that increase qualified traffic, pipeline, and online revenue.
  • Create on‑brand graphics and multimedia for web, email, and social using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product to deliver campaigns aligned to business goals.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Video production (core focus):
    • Review large volumes of raw footage, mark selects, and assemble first‑pass edits (rough cuts) in Premiere Pro.
    • Refine edits into cohesive narratives with thoughtful pacing and story flow.
    • Apply basic color correction and lighting adjustments; set correct resolution, frame rate, and aspect ratio.
    • Extract key moments from long‑form content to create shorts/reels for social.
    • Maintain clean, consistent project structures and media management—both inside Premiere and on shared storage.
  • Image retouching (supporting focus):
    • Use Lightroom Classic to retouch professional headshots to a polished, consistent standard.
    • Perform color correction, lighting adjustments, and detail enhancement.
    • Remove distractions while preserving natural skin tone and texture.

Video & Imaging skills (preferred)

Premiere Pro

  • Import/export and manage media efficiently; maintain organized bins and folders.
  • Understand core project settings (resolution, frame rate, aspect ratio).
  • Apply basic color/lighting adjustments to footage.
  • Review raw footage and mark selects effectively.
  • Assemble rough cuts and refine into cohesive narratives.
  • Pull highlight clips for shorts/reels and platform‑native content.
  • Construct compelling stories through clip arrangement, pacing, and narrative flow.

Lightroom

  • Retouch professional headshots to a polished, consistent standard.
  • Perform color correction, lighting adjustments, and detail enhancement.
  • Remove distractions while preserving natural skin tone and texture.

Professional traits

  • Takes direction well and implements feedback quickly and constructively.
  • Strong attention to detail and file hygiene (naming, versioning, organization).
  • Understands social trends and platform‑specific content strategies to maximize video performance.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

  • Demonstrated results in digital marketing with strengths in web page UX, lead‑form UX, and eCommerce.
  • 3+ years of experience driving B2B/B2C demand through web and form optimization.
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro).
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid social fundamentals; understands SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for minor tweaks (no heavy front-end development).
  • Clear communicator with analytical mindset; comfortable presenting insights and next steps.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, self‑manage deadlines, and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (NetSuite) familiarity.
  • Background in engineering/manufacturing or technical products.
  • HTML/CSS web experience, specifically in Bootstrap.
  • Shopify ecommerce experience
