LA based digital marketing agency seeking a Digital Media Manager with a strong background in performance marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of paid search, paid social campaigns and channel expansion for their clients.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms (DV360), with a core focus on performance KPIs. Drive channel-specific optimizations—adjusting bids, creative, audience segments, and landing pages to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign data to extract insights, identify new opportunities, and build test-and-learn frameworks that push performance further. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and development teams to ensure seamless integration between media strategy and execution. Develop and present performance reports that translate results into clear, actionable narratives for clients. Stay ahead of industry shifts, platform updates, and performance marketing trends to keep campaigns innovative and effective. Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance media with a strong grasp of paid search and social optimization. Proven success managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms. Deep understanding of digital KPIs, attribution models, conversion tracking, and media efficiency metrics. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Bonus: Experience with incrementality testing, MMM, or advanced media measurement methodologies.
