DIGITIAL BACKBONE DEMONSTRATION, TEST, AND EXPERIEMENTATION COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW
A detail-oriented and strategically minded Digital Backbone Demonstration, Test, and Experimentation (DTE) Coordinator responsible for planning, managing, and executing NATO capability development events such as DiBaX and CWIX.
This role involves close coordination with the CIS Branch's Digital Backbone team and a wide range of stakeholders including HQ SACT, NATO HQ, NCIA, ACO, and national entities.
The coordinator defines and refines DTE event objectives aligned with evolving operational and technological needs, while managing event project plans, resources, and host nation support in line with established agreements and MOUs. Key responsibilities include industry and nation engagement for technology selection, developing use cases, and producing detailed planning, risk, and security documentation.
The role supports the integration of capability teams into events, manages event logistics and VIP engagements, and ensures post-event reporting captures DOTMLPFI implications and lessons learned.
By fostering cross-ACT coordination and aligning with national advanced technology offices, the coordinator ensures NATO remains at the forefront of next-generation communications and digital transformation.
