As part of Mosaic, the Director, AI Ecosystem Insights & Partnerships will be our front-line explorer of the AI ecosystem.

In this role, you will uncover emerging AI trends, scan the external landscape, and build partnerships that position Comcast to lead in a rapidly evolving market.

You will translate the fast-moving world of AI into actionable insights and opportunities that influence investment priorities and strategic decisions.

Working closely with Lift Labs, Comcast Ventures, and TPX, you will connect with leading and emerging AI companies of all sizes, thought leaders and academics, and AI leaders at Fortune 100s, forging relationships that accelerate innovation and growth.

**Job Description**

The Director, AI Ecosystem Insights & Partnerships is a thought leader, connector, and strategist.

This role requires someone who thrives on exploring cutting-edge technologies, understands the dynamics of the AI ecosystem, and can advise Comcast leaders on where AI trends are headed.

You will be expected to blend deep curiosity about AI with the ability to translate trends into concrete business opportunities and partnerships.

**Core Responsibilities**

+ Monitor the AI ecosystem by tracking emerging technologies, market shifts, and research breakthroughs.

Distill noise into meaningful insights for Comcast leadership

+ Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with AI-focused companies, research institutions, and other ecosystem players

+ Partner with Comcast Ventures and Lift Labs to support their efforts AI investment and startup acceleration efforts

+ Ground trends in business reality by quantifying impact, sizing opportunities, and mapping implications for Comcast’s lines of business

+ Represent Comcast in AI industry forums, ecosystem communities, and innovation networks to build our reputation as a leading AI adopter and collaborator

+ Provide recommendations to senior leaders on where to invest, partner, or pilot AI initiatives based on market signals

+ Work with teams across Comcast to align external insights with internal strategy and product development

+ Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and trend briefings that shape thecompany’s understanding of AI innovation

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field strongly preferred

+ 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, venture capital, corporate strategy, or business development, preferably with direct exposure to AI or emerging technologies

+ Proven experience working with ecosystem partners and understanding how they engage with large enterprises

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze emerging technology trends and translate them into actionable strategy

+ Strong network within the AI ecosystem (tech companies, VCs, research, industry forums) is highly valued

+ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to brief senior leaders with clarity and authority

+ Strong business acumen and financial modeling skills to evaluate opportunities

+ A natural curiosity for AI, constantly exploring new tools, platforms, and ideas

+ Ability to balance future vision with present-day realities, making thoughtful trade-offs between risk and opportunity

+ Collaborative leader comfortable working across functions and influencing without direct authority

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
