+ Shape acquisition strategies using client relationships, company capabilities and experience, white papers, partners, and contracting vehicles.
+ Leveraging strong business acumen, lead internal gate reviews, develop capture strategies, and prepare business cases for new opportunities.
+ Support negotiation of teaming agreement and contract discussions.
+ Collaborate with technical, program, and proposal teams to design, review, and publish proposal responses.
+ Contribute directly to proposal development (writing, reviewing, and color team participation).
+ Ensure pipeline accuracy, including probability of win assessments, revenue projections, and inputs to budget/forecasting.
+ Work with the company leaders (Presidents and General Managers) that you will support to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drive business growth.

**Qualifications**

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
+ Experience: 10-15 years of progressive business development experience in Federal contracting with significant Army market exposure, preferably with some experience in the 8(a) and small business sectors of the market.
+ Proven Wins: A track record of winning new business with the U.S. Army.

Achievements must include at least three IT, technology solutions, or mission support contract wins within the last three years, each with a minimum total contract value of $25M.
+ Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT solutions, cyber, cloud, digital modernization, and/or mission support services aligned to Army priorities.
+ Contract Vehicles: Hands-on experience pursuing and winning work on Army vehicles such as ITES-3S, RS3, CHESS, and other enterprise IDIQ/BPAs.
